Membership identification (ID or email) must be presented upon check-in.
These benefits cannot be exchanged for cash or gift vouchers.
The membership discount cannot be combined with other promotions.
In the event of the unavailability of any of the services or items mentioned, the management may substitute the value with a benefit of similar value.
Benefits for restaurants and spas can only be enjoyed during your stay (discounted rates cannot be used if you are not staying).
Terms and conditions of the Eleven membership are subject to change at the discretion of the management; however, members will be notified accordingly.
